*Shipping & receiving hours: Mon-Fri, 9AM to 5PM or as specified by promoter unless other arrangements have been made with the DeltaPlex

*Exhibitor are required to make ALL arrangments for incoming and outgoing shipping/freight before arriving and/or departing the facility.
*It is recommended to include tracking when arranging shipping with your choosen carrier to ensure packages has been delivered and/or picked up suring facility freight hours.
*Shipments may arrive 1 DAY prior to first load-in day and be held for 1 DAY after event at no charge. Packages that arrive and/or depart more than 24 hours prior to/after show will be charged a storage fee of a minimum of $100 per day
*Please provide copy of Bill of lading to service desk or administrative offices
*Return Shipping: Packages must have required label(s), be properly packaged, and meet all shipping requirement.
*Additional time or labor spent processing of shipments not properly labeled, packaged, making shipping arrangements or any other reason will be billed at a rate of $50 + $25 per half hour (additional storage fees may apply).
